Can we join with a larger group?

1. Booking & Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Full payment must be completed no later than 14 days before departure.
All prices are quoted in MYR unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation by Client

30+ days before departure: 100% refund (minus bank/admin fees).
15–29 days before departure: Deposit (30%) is non-refundable.
Less than 14 days before departure: No refund.

3. Cancellation by JungleWalla

JungleWalla reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, or safety concerns.
In the event of cancellation by JungleWalla, clients will receive a full refund or may opt to reschedule to an alternative date.

4. Liability

JungleWalla acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service partners, and is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport/visa where applicable), adequate travel insurance, and are fit for travel.
JungleWalla is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from natural conditions, personal negligence, or the actions of third-party providers.
