- A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
- Full payment must be completed no later than 14 days before departure.
- All prices are quoted in MYR unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation by Client
- 30+ days before departure: 100% refund (minus bank/admin fees).
- 15–29 days before departure: Deposit (30%) is non-refundable.
- Less than 14 days before departure: No refund.
3. Cancellation by JungleWalla
- JungleWalla reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, or safety concerns.
- In the event of cancellation by JungleWalla, clients will receive a full refund or may opt to reschedule to an alternative date.
4. Liability
- JungleWalla acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service partners, and is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport/visa where applicable), adequate travel insurance, and are fit for travel.
