DESCRIPTION
Langkawi’s lowland rainforest is an ancient sanctuary home to specialized and endemic species found nowhere else on Earth. Over millions of years, this habitat has evolved into a delicate ecosystem of interdependence, making it a premier destination for nature enthusiasts. During this two-hour guided walk, you will journey into the heart of the jungle to discover the rainforest’s “living pharmacy,” where our expert guides will introduce you to native herbs and plants that have been used for generations by locals as traditional medicinal treatments and health supplements.
The trail features hilly terrain that requires a moderate fitness level, offering an engaging way to experience the island’s raw natural beauty. This tour is designed for adventurers of all backgrounds and is suitable for participants aged 10 and above.
