Dong Sticks, a mindful body-mind practice developed by an elderly master, combines gentle bamboo-assisted movements with the serene energy of nature. Designed for all fitness levels, this 50-minute session promotes flexibility, agility, and mental clarity while soaking in the calming ambiance of the sunrise and waves. Perfect for adults and children aged 10 and above, Dong Sticks is a family-friendly activity that rejuvenates the body and mind, setting the tone for a vibrant day ahead.
We gather at the beach at the break of dawn, listening to the sound of the waves as it laps the shore. Soaking up the gentle rays of the morning sun, a great source of vitamin D. We begin with breathing exercises to relax the muscles and mind. Your instructor will guide you through the sixteen motions, assisted with a bamboo stick to help stretch, strengthen, and increase flexibility.
This 50-minutes session is conducted on Saturday & Sunday , is a great way to start your morning at Desaru. Booking a day in advance is preferred. Join us on the beach for a healthy start as we greet the morning sun.
