- The Explore Wild Elephant Experience operates subject to weather, road, river, wildlife movement, and field conditions.
- Wild elephant sightings are not guaranteed. The experience takes place within a natural rainforest ecosystem where animal movement is entirely unpredictable.
- Guides will bring guests to known elephant activity areas and rainforest routes, but sightings depend on natural conditions and wildlife behavior.
- Participants are required to follow all instructions provided by guides and drivers throughout the activity.
- The operator reserves the right to modify routes, stop points, schedules, or activity flow for safety, conservation, operational, or environmental reasons.
- Participants should be in suitable physical condition for outdoor rainforest activities and uneven terrain.
- Children joining the experience must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
- Littering, feeding wildlife, disturbing animals, or damaging the rainforest environment is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during the experience.
