- Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. The rainforest is a natural ecosystem, and animal movements are unpredictable. Guides will bring guests through known wildlife habitats and rainforest trails, but sightings depend entirely on natural conditions.
- Participants should be in suitable physical condition for full-day rainforest trekking and river activities.
- River tubing activities may be adjusted, delayed, or cancelled depending on river safety conditions and water levels.
- Guests are required to follow all instructions provided by guides throughout the activity.
- Children joining the tour must be accompanied and supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
- Littering, feeding wildlife, collecting plants, damaging caves, or disturbing the rainforest environment is strictly prohibited.
- The operator reserves the right to modify trekking routes, cave access, or activity flow for safety, conservation, weather, or operational reasons.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during the activity.
