The Bintang Range stands as one of the most significant mountain chains in Peninsular Malaysia, stretching from the Thai border down to the heart of Perak. This range represents a critical transition zone where lowland dipterocarp forests give way to lower montane environments, creating a high level of biodiversity for some of the peninsula's most sought-after species.MOUNTAIN AND LOWLAND HIGHLIGHTS
